Step 4: Confirm Deletion Click the “Delete Account” button. You will likely be asked to confirm your decision, as this action is irreversible. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the deletion process.
Step 5: Confirmation Once confirmed, your account and all associated data on Ish Bhajan will be queued for deletion. You will receive a confirmation message on the screen, and often, an email confirmation too.

Step 1: Compose an Email Send an email to our support team at [Your Contact Email Address, e.g., contact@ishbhajan.com].
Step 2: Subject Line Please use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request – anuptoppo2011@rediffmail.com”. Replace [Your Facebook Registered Email] with the email address linked to your Facebook account that you used to log in to Ish Bhajan.
Step 3: Email Body In the body of the email, clearly state your request for data deletion. For verification purposes, please include:
Your name as it appears on your Facebook profile.
The email address associated with your Facebook account used for logging into Ish Bhajan.
A brief statement confirming your wish to delete all associated data from Ish Bhajan.

Dear Ish Bhajan Support Team,
I am writing to formally request the deletion of all my data associated with my Ish Bhajan account. I logged in using my Facebook account, and the email linked to that account is your_email@example.com. My name on Facebook is Anup Toppo.
Please confirm once the data deletion process is complete.

Step 4: Confirmation Once we receive your request, we will process it as quickly as possible. We may contact you for further verification to ensure the request is legitimate. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted from our records.
If Ish Bhajan is listed as a connected app in your Facebook account, you may also initiate deletion from there.
Step 1: Go to Facebook Settings Log in to your Facebook account. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
Step 2: Find Ish Bhajan Locate “Ish Bhajan” in your list of active apps.
Step 3: Remove and Request Data Deletion Click on “Ish Bhajan” and then select the option to “Remove” the app. When removing, Facebook may offer an option to “Send data deletion request to Ish Bhajan.” Please select this option if it’s available.
Note: While removing the app from Facebook disconnects Ish Bhajan from your Facebook account, we highly recommend also using the direct account deletion button or sending an email request (as described above) to ensure all data stored directly on Ish Bhajan’s servers is permanently deleted.
Upon successful processing of your data deletion request, we will delete all your personally identifiable information (PII) linked to your Ish Bhajan account, including:
Your name and email address provided during Facebook login.
Any lyrics you submitted.
Any audio recordings you uploaded.
Your user account on Ish Bhajan.
Please note that some non-personal or aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you individually may be retained for analytical purposes to improve our services, but this data will not contain any personally identifiable information.
We aim to process all data deletion requests within [e.g., 7-14 business days] of receiving a verified request. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
